Back In December 2019 I suffered a left side ishlemic Stoke and had to speak, read, and write again, and was left with chronic pain syndrome in my right side, I had to give up my career, and take a different path in life, and at the time I was a black belt 1st dan martial artist, and because I could not remember my grades I had to go all the way back to the start in training, it's now been 3 years and I'm nearly back to 1st dan blackbelt, this has helped me recovery so much and now I want to inspire other stroke victims in their dark days.
