My name is Sarah, My first head injury was May 12, 2017. I fell while trail running that caused whiplash and a sprain back. It took six months to diagnose a head injury and another year to find help.

My second head injury was also in May. May 24, 2021. I was in my driveway when I saw fuzzy lines after that I have no memory until I was in the ICU. I sustained a brain bleed, a seizure, and another concussion.

My recovery is an ongoing journey. However I am very grateful every morning I wake up to live another day.
