Paradise PD follows Kevin Crawford joining the small-town police department in the crime-ridden town of Paradise with his mother Karen as the mayor, his estranged father Chief Randall Crawford initially against his son joining the force as he blamed him for his numerous shortcomings since Kevin accidentally shooting his testicles. The other police officers themselves are equally incompetent and morally corrupt, consisting of the violent Gina Jabowski, the PTSD-afflicted Gerald "Fitz" Fitzgerald, morbidly obese man-child Dusty Marlow, perverted senior citizen Stantley Hopson, and drug-addict drug dog Bullet. The town is also home to many weird regulars that include the hillbillies Robby and Delbert, Hobo Cop, Dr. Funtlicher, Preacher Paul, Frank Flipperfist and his son Jerry.

The overarching storyline of the first two seasons focuses on Kevin trying to earn his father's love by cracking down on a crime boss known only as "The Kingpin", eventually revealed to be an alternate personality of Fitz's whose master scheme is turning Paradise into a giant deep-dish pizza. The third season covers a series of events that include Kevin entering into a relationship with Gina despite her fat man fetish and violent streak, Randall and Karen rekindling their relationship with the latter pregnant, and Fitz and Bullet in a relationship with a dolphin before raising the latter's biological dog/dolphin hybrid son together. But Gina runs off on her wedding day with the police force fired after another disaster strikes Paradise. The fourth and final season depicts the former officers ending up in a series of events from Kevin's newborn baby brother trying to have him killed to an eccentric CEO named Charles Lovely moving to Paradise with sinister plans in mind.[2]

Randall takes Nicolas Cage down to the Paradise Bus Station to drop him off and send him back home. He offers to pay bus fare for him but Nic Cage doesn't need it since his home is in the bus station bathroom. Karen calls Randall on the car phone to alert him that Elon Musk will be arriving in Paradise at any minute and instructs him to look out for any weirdos that might drive him away. Just then, a Cybertruck drives by and Randall instantly spots a complete freak of nature. Luckily, Randall kept his police siren from the Paradise Police Department and uses this to trick the Cybertruck driver into thinking he's still a cop so that he can illegally pull him over and falsely arrest him. For safety, however, Randall puts on Baby Kevin with a baby carrier to use as his very unorthodox bulletproof vest. When Randall pulls the sick fuck over, he turns out to be none other than Elon Musk, himself but Randall, being the uneducated classless vulture he is, doesn't recognize his face. Randall unleashes a stream of insults onto the appearance of Elon's cybertruck. He claims that it looks like he drove it out of Halo 1, or the product of a rock monster fucking a triangle, and most hilariously, a GoBot abortion. Randall also adds that because of the odd appearance of the car, he's led to believe that the driver has a small dick. Elon Musk ignores all of these insults and tells Randall that he's still a whole lot cooler than him so he doesn't give a shit what he has to say. Randall places Elon Musk under citizen's arrest and has AAA go to tow his monstrosity of a motor mobile back to whatever dimension Max Headroom comes from. This insult is so good that he gets a high five from Baby Kevin.

Addressing the remaining Shelby family, Tommy reveals that the situation before them has been caused by the death of Vicente Changretta, and the Mafia will not leave until every member of the Shelby family is dead. Fearing that they lack the numbers, Tommy enlists the help of tough Romany Gypsy Aberama Gold, much to the dismay of Polly and Johnny Dogs. Tommy reveals that he has enlisted the help of Moss, but the police force are too busy with the revolution to protect the Shelby's. Knowing that the family is fractured, Tommy holds a vote, whether the family should stay divided or call peace; five vote for peace while two call truce. Meanwhile, Johnny Dogs and Charlie Strong go about arming the locals with the idea that every citizen of Small Heath is a Peaky bodyguard.

B.A.U. (Behavior Analysis Unit) Chief SSA Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) carries a third-generation Glock 17 as his duty sidearm. A Glock 17 is also wielded by Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) in the season's premiere episode "Mayhem" (S04E01). Season 4 marks the first time since the pilot that one of the members who previously carried a Glock discontinues doing so - In this case Reid, who only has his Glock 17 in "Mayhem", after-which he begins carrying a .357 Smith & Wesson Model 65 revolver (see below). Other FBI agents and some police officers are seen with Glock 17 pistols.

SSA Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster) uses a second-generation Glock 19 as her sidearm. Another Glock 19 is used by Detective Quinn (Timothy Carhart) to fire a few shots at a fleeing criminal in "Roadkill" (S04E23). Also carried by various police officers.

The Beretta 92FS is a common firearm seen in the series, usually by Unsubs and police officers. Terrorist Ben Abner (Adoni Maropis) notably uses the Beretta upon exiting a hospital elevator in "Mayhem" (S04E01).

A woman is found murdered in her bed with thirty coins in her mouth, and Dwayne's police shield under the bed initially makes him a suspect. On investigation, the woman was found to be living under a false name and under protection, as an informant, of London's Serious Organised Crime Agency, who have a man on the island. Poole believes the killer is still on the island looking for incriminating documents the woman had. Events and people conspire to prevent Poole returning to his old job in London. 041b061a72
